Anthropic has raised $65 billion in a Series H financing round, pushing its valuation to $965 billion. The round was led by Altimeter Capital, Dragoneer, Greenoaks, and Sequoia Capital. According to Anthropic CFO Krishna Rao, the funds will be allocated to safety research, computing capacity expansion, and product development for Claude Code and Cowork. Annualized revenue surpassed $47 billion in May 2026. The funding also includes a previously announced $15 billion from cloud providers, with $5 billion from Amazon.
