Cohere, a leader in AI technology, announced two strategic Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with Indra Group and Multiverse Computing. The agreements aim to enhance sovereign AI capabilities across Canada and Spain, with the MOUs signed during a royal visit led by King Felipe VI. The collaboration with Indra Group will focus on deploying sovereign intelligence for critical assets, including the development of an AI platform for enterprises and solutions for defense operations. IndraMind, Indra Group’s technological initiative, will contribute sovereign computing and data management capabilities, while Cohere will provide sovereign large language models (LLMs). The partnership also includes the development of capabilities for Spain’s official languages and Cohere’s integration into IndraMind’s intelligence ecosystem. Meanwhile, the MOU with Multiverse Computing, a Spain-based leader in quantum-inspired AI optimization, will explore commercial collaboration opportunities in Europe and Canada. Both parties aim to expand their presence and drive revenue growth in each other’s home markets while delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions. 'Enterprises no longer want to rent AI — they want to own it,' said Aidan Gomez, Co-founder and CEO of Cohere. 'Our partnerships with Indra Group and Multiverse Computing are designed to deliver true digital sovereignty, giving organizations full control over performance, data access, and deployment.' *Source: [cohere](https://cohere.com/blog/cohere-announces-strategic-mous-with-indragroup-and-multiverse-computing)*
