Octave released its secure multi-tenant AI foundation on Amazon Bedrock, saying it enables faster compliance for regulated industries. It is the company's first major update to its cloud-native quality management system since its launch in 2020.
Octave reported a 50 percent reduction in deployment time per use case, measured across its 650 enterprise customers. That compares with previous deployment timelines that required multiple weeks for similar tasks.
The AI foundation is built on Amazon Bedrock and targets regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and food manufacturing. Availability begins with the Complaint Triage Assistant, initially for Octave's 60% of the Global Fortune 500 customers.
"The foundation resolves into three layers, shown in Figure 1," said Octave's team. The architecture ensures data isolation, secure execution, and content protection across all tenant boundaries.
The announcement follows Octave's expansion into new markets and increased demand for AI-driven compliance tools. Octave did not say how the foundation will scale with future regulatory changes, and the company raised questions about maintaining isolation as data volumes grow. The foundation will be expanded with additional AI features in the next quarter.
