OpenAI has appointed Dali Rajic as Chief Revenue Officer, effective August 13, 2026, to lead the company’s global revenue organization. This move follows a period of rapid growth in enterprise AI deployment, with OpenAI’s products now reaching more than one billion weekly active users and over two million businesses, doubling from a year prior. The company aims to scale further as the next generation of AI models transforms how work is done and how companies are structured. Rajic will build the revenue operating system needed to support this transition, ensuring OpenAI can deliver AI’s full potential to businesses and individuals.
Rajic brings extensive experience in scaling revenue operations for global enterprises. Most recently, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Wiz, which was acquired by Google, and previously held leadership roles at Zscaler and AppDynamics. His background includes developing metrics-driven revenue strategies and executing customer-focused growth for fast-growing technology companies. OpenAI emphasized that Rajic’s expertise will be critical in expanding its go-to-market capabilities and accelerating the commercialization of its AI technologies.
Denise Dresser, who previously led OpenAI’s revenue organization, will leave the company to pursue other opportunities after a transition period. During her tenure, she helped establish the commercial foundation for OpenAI’s enterprise AI business, strengthening relationships with major customers and building the team that enabled the company’s growth to over two million businesses. OpenAI expressed gratitude for her contributions and noted that she will continue to support the business team during her transition.
