Aderant released its Intelligent Ticket Analyzer using Amazon Nova Lite on June 30, 2026, saying it automates ticket triage for its SierraOps team. It is the company's first operational AI deployment since its earlier use of Amazon Quick for unified search.
The system reviewed 109 tickets and achieved approximately 96% routing accuracy during its first 2.5 weeks of production. That compares with a pre-automation baseline of 15–25 minutes of manual triage per ticket.
The analyzer is built on Amazon Bedrock and targets support-ticket triage for Aderant’s 38-person SierraOps team. Availability began on June 30, 2026, initially for internal use across 268 client environments.
"The analyzer reviews newly submitted, unassigned tickets during scheduled hourly processing cycles on business days," said Angela Mapes and Adam Walker of Aderant.
The system gathers operational context from Jira, Confluence, Amazon Athena, and Microsoft SharePoint to recommend a team assignment and resolution starting point.
The announcement follows Aderant’s earlier AI journey from unified search and on-demand investigation with Amazon Quick to scheduled, autonomous operational workflows powered by Amazon Nova.
Aderant did not say how the system handles client data, and it remains unclear how the model will scale with increased ticket volume.
The team monitors confidence, misroutes, and processing latency, reviews routing corrections weekly, and uses the findings to refine prompts and routing logic.
