Anthropic announced Enterprise Frontier Safeguards (EFS), a new solution for enterprise data privacy.
EFS combines zero data retention (ZDR) with advanced misuse detection, rolling out to customers in phases starting later this fall.
Customers will retain control of data stored in their cloud infrastructure, with ZDR available on Fable 5 and Fable 5.1 until EFS is fully implemented.
"We built EFS with feedback from over 100 customers across industries, including financial services and healthcare," said Anthropic.
The solution addresses concerns about data retention in regulated industries, allowing customers to store data in their own cloud accounts.
Anthropic emphasized that EFS was not developed to train on enterprise data, reaffirming its commitment to data privacy.
