Nvidia's CEO, Jensen Huang, stated the company is confident in achieving a 70% year-over-year revenue growth for 2027. This projection was reiterated during a speech at the Goldman Sachs Communicopia + Technology conference.

Nvidia reported a record-breaking revenue quarter in August 2026, with analysts forecasting the company to end its current fiscal year at around $400 billion in revenue. A 70% growth would bring that figure to approximately $680 billion for 2027.

Huang emphasized Nvidia's central role in the AI industry, noting that the company runs every AI model and is a foundational platform for the AI ecosystem. This includes support for models from Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google, as well as open-weight offerings.

"One GPU now is not $399. It’s $8.5 million dollars. That’s one GPU, all connected with NVLink, 2 million parts, right? 250,000 kilowatts.

That’s a GPU, and we ship thousands of them," said Huang. He added that orders for a system combining 36 Grace CPUs with 72 Blackwell GPUs are growing by 27% month-to-month.

The announcement follows Nvidia's recent revenue report, which highlighted its continued dominance in the AI chip market. Huang noted that the company’s extensive network of partners and its deep integration into AI infrastructure provide a strong foundation for future growth.

Nvidia did not comment on the long-term sustainability of its market position, and Huang acknowledged that AI-native startups are driving much of the current growth. He also mentioned that as the industry matures, companies may become more efficient in their use of infrastructure and tokens.
