NVIDIA and Salesforce released Koa, Salesforce's first CRM reasoning model, on September 15, 2026, saying it enables enterprises to know everything and do anything through AI. It is the company's first major update to its CRM platform since the launch of its previous AI integration efforts.
Salesforce reported Koa matches or exceeds leading model performance on CRM actions with 3x fewer errors, measured on its CRM Bench benchmark. That compares with earlier models that had higher error rates in similar tasks.
Koa is built on NVIDIA's Nemotron 3 Super and targets enterprise customer relationship management. Availability begins in October 2026, initially for customer pilots including Formula 1, UChicago Medicine, and Baxter Credit Union.
"With electricity, we could power everything," said Jensen Huang, NVIDIA founder and CEO. "With the internet, you can find anything. And now, with artificial intelligence as an infrastructure layer across the planet, we can know everything and do anything."
The announcement follows NVIDIA's appearance at Salesforce Dreamforce, where Huang emphasized the role of AI in shaping the future of business. Salesforce framed the significance of Koa as a step toward an agentic enterprise, where every company becomes an AI-driven entity.
NVIDIA did not say how Koa will scale across all industries, and raised the open question of how to maintain safety and security in AI development. The company said it will continue to focus on innovation and safety in parallel.
