Reactiv released its AI Scheduler on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, saying it automates mobile commerce updates for Shopify merchants. It is the company's first major update since launching its conversational AI builder.
Reactiv reported an 80% reduction in merchant configuration time, measured on the time required to update app content. That compares with the previous manual process that required weekly updates.
The AI Scheduler is built on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore and targets automating app updates for Shopify merchants. Availability begins with a public beta, initially for Shopify merchants. "We don’t manage containers, orchestrators, or scaling policies.
We package our agent code as a Docker image, deploy it to AgentCore, and it handles the rest," said Adam Gibicar, Senior AI Developer, Reactiv. Reactiv’s solution uses AgentCore’s capabilities to handle multi-agent orchestration, persistent memory, and native MCP hosting.
The announcement follows Reactiv’s launch of its conversational AI builder. Reactiv did not say how it will scale the solution to other platforms, and it raised the question of how to maintain data privacy across multiple tenants.
Reactiv plans to expand the AI Scheduler to other commerce platforms in the future.
