Grok for Outlook enables users to quickly catch up on extended email threads by identifying key decisions, owners, and pending actions. When inboxes become overwhelming, the tool can process recent emails in one pass, archiving completed conversations, removing irrelevant messages, and highlighting those requiring a response. Additionally, Grok can analyze attachments and search the web and X, allowing users to look up information without leaving the email interface. Users can also request adjustments to replies, such as refining the subject line, changing recipients, or adjusting the tone before sending.
The add-in is now available for Microsoft 365 users and extends its functionality to Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
